ThinkBIG Technician Intern

The ThinkBIG Technician Intern is a two‑year sponsored training program that combines classroom instruction at Illinois Central College with paid internships at Thompson Machinery locations. Participants rotate between hands‑on lab training and on‑site service work, gaining advanced knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and preparing for a career as a Field Service Technician.
