Ticket Services Representative

The Old Globe is seeking a Ticket Services Representative to provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with ticket and subscription purchases both over the phone and in person at the walk-up window. The role involves distributing will call tickets, providing in-person support on performance days, and delivering accurate information regarding productions, seating, and policies. The successful candidate will maintain a high level of knowledge about The Old Globe’s history, programming, and offerings while processing transactions using ticketing systems and computer software.
