Tien Room Sous Chef

The Sous Chef will coordinate and facilitate all food preparation, presentation, and service procedures under the direction of the Executive Chef, ensuring quality, proper rotation, and waste prevention. Responsibilities include overseeing Asian food preparation, monitoring staffing levels, maintaining clean and safe kitchen and storage areas, and managing employee performance.
