Tooling Engineer

Radiant is seeking a highly motivated Tooling Engineer to join its team in El Segundo, CA, to develop innovative production tooling for fabricating and assembling complex mechanisms and structures. The role involves designing, analyzing, and fabricating tooling that enables semi-remote operations for reactor fueling and defueling, while also identifying and developing appropriate suppliers for tooling components. This position requires a candidate with a background in mechanical or manufacturing engineering who can collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to support the company's mission of building portable nuclear microreactors.
