About this role
A 10-week State of North Carolina internship within the Department of Environmental Quality’s Total Rewards team in central Human Resources. The internship exposes students to the structure and functions of state HR including recruitment, classification and compensation, salary administration, and benefits. Interns will gain practical experience with HR systems and complete a capstone project demonstrating their learning.
