Total Rewards Manager

The Total Rewards Manager serves as a strategic thought partner responsible for managing compensation, benefits, wellness, and HRIS functions across multiple sites. This role leads the design and implementation of retirement, health, and welfare employee benefit programs while maintaining system data and conducting job evaluations. The position also involves administering annual open enrollment, incentive, and wellness programs, and collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
