TRAIL Rising Leaders Program - Marketing

The TRAIL Marketing Operations Specialist is a 12-month rotational leadership-development role at Newrez designed for recent college graduates to gain on-the-job leadership and management experience in the residential mortgage space. Participants are full-time employees who rotate through performance marketing, creative strategy, and data analytics while receiving mentorship, training, and exposure to cross-functional business areas. The program prepares candidates for future leadership by building skills in process improvement, presentation, and decision-making through real-world account management.
