About this role
X.PLORE is an 18-month trainee program at Heidelberg Materials that offers four individually selectable four-month project rotations across production, innovation units, application technology and quality assurance. The program includes intensive onboarding, mentorship, soft-skill workshops and networking opportunities. It is designed to develop technical and professional competencies and leads to an attractive position in the company upon completion.
