About this role
The Manager of the VELUX Training Academy leads the Academy responsible for developing relationships with professional building contractors (Pro Partners) and implementing training curricula to drive contractor and VELUX sales growth. The role supports the Installer Engagement team in creating tools and engagement models that recruit and upskill contractors to align with VELUX’s Pro Partner vision. The position is based in the Campbell, CA area and reports to the Director of Installer Engagement.
