Training and Workforce Capability Lead

This role leads the development and deployment of training, workforce capability, and standardized work systems to improve employee effectiveness and operational performance across the plant. It involves supporting the transition to a standardized training framework, coordinating onboarding and certification activities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and address capability gaps. The position focuses on creating training materials, managing compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workforce flexibility and Lean maturity.
