Training Consultant

The Training Consultant collaborates with stakeholders to identify learning needs and is responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, and delivering training for agent partners, policyholders, and employees. The position develops curricula and training solutions aligned with organizational strategy, administers learning systems, and evaluates training effectiveness. This role also assists with budget administration and supports continuous improvement of learning offerings.
