Underwriting Manager

The Underwriting Manager ensures consistent application of the company’s risk appetite across the underwriting unit and serves as a technical and underwriting authority for department staff. This position identifies and implements programs that expand business opportunities, strengthen customer service, and advance innovation while overseeing assigned underwriting teams. The role supports the Director of Underwriting in developing short- and long-term underwriting projects, strategic initiatives, and organizational goals.
