Training Coordinator

This full-time, exempt position supports the Caminos program by coordinating and overseeing all training activities for staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies like ORR and Everstand. The role involves developing annual training calendars, tracking staff progress, and providing leadership in one-on-one training to address performance needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with supervisors to create targeted training plans and maintain current certifications for all team members.
