Training Lead

The Training Lead owns the engineering training strategy, competency framework, and learning pathways to ensure the Systems Engineering organization possesses the necessary skills for high-quality delivery. This role drives workforce capability improvement through structured programs, skills assessments, and continuous learning initiatives while collaborating with engineering leadership and L&D teams. The position also manages onboarding experiences and develops training materials aligned with current engineering processes and governance standards.
