Training Manager

The Training Manager leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training and workforce development programs for the AO Phoenix facility. This role serves as the site owner for onboarding, offboarding, employee qualification programs, and on-the-job training while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The position collaborates with Operations, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources to support operational excellence and organizational growth.
