Training Supervisor

This role provides direct supervision and leadership to training personnel responsible for operational training, on-the-job training, and workforce qualification. The position oversees the execution of training programs, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners cross-functionally to maintain employee readiness and qualification controls. The incumbent is responsible for developing staff, monitoring training effectiveness, and maintaining accurate documentation to support business-critical operations.
