Training Manager

The Training Manager develops and delivers workforce training for adult service providers on trauma-informed and equitable care, racial and gender justice, health equity, and violence prevention. The role maintains community and City partnerships for training, collaboration, and referrals while supporting the Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Prevention Initiative. This position involves co-designing and co-delivering training sessions in English and Spanish, coordinating administrative logistics, and strengthening partnerships to address systemic inequities.
