Training Manager

The Training Manager develops, implements, and manages the training strategy for JCB’s Savannah manufacturing operations, ensuring employees have the knowledge and skills to perform their roles safely and successfully. This hands-on leadership role involves designing training programs, facilitating instruction, coaching leaders, and measuring program effectiveness to support operational excellence and employee growth. The position collaborates with plant leadership and functional teams to identify workforce capability needs and deliver effective training solutions.
