Training Specialist

The Training Specialist supports the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs to ensure workforce readiness and regulatory compliance for employees, contractors, and vendors at Thacker Pass. This role involves implementing the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and facilitating classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions. The position is based in Winnemucca during construction and will transition to the Thacker Pass site during commissioning and operation.
