Training Specialist

The Training Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for personnel training at the Portsmouth, New Hampshire production facility, coordinating and administering site training programs to support safe work, food safety, quality, and operational reliability. The role involves planning, delivering, and documenting training activities, managing onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate training records and compliance documentation. This position requires regular presence on the plant floor and collaboration with subject matter experts to develop and validate training content.
