Training

This role is responsible for managing classroom curriculum and conducting job search training, including resume writing and mock interviews, to help program participants secure employment. The position involves coordinating with case managers and peer mentors to prepare participants for job searches and advocating with employers to facilitate job placements. Additionally, the role requires monitoring participant progress, submitting activity reports, and representing the organization in the community through networking events.
