Training

This role is responsible for managing classroom curriculum and conducting job search training, including resume writing and mock interviews, to help program participants secure employment. The position involves overseeing caseload management, coordinating with case managers, and advocating for participants to ensure successful transitions from subsidized to permanent employment. The individual will also represent the organization in the community through networking and participation in relevant organizations.
