Transaction Posting Officer

The Transaction Posting Officer is responsible for the prompt processing and monitoring of requests related to fee and charge renewals, temporary credits, and other account balance adjustments. The role ensures timely and accurate posting of approved requests, resolves adjustment cases, and handles call center referral cases for installment accelerations and transfers.
