Transaction Tax Manager

This role involves leading tax due diligence and structuring projects for a range of clients, including private equity houses and corporates, within the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Tax team. The position requires technical excellence in transaction tax, strong project management skills, and the ability to develop client relationships while coaching junior staff. You will work closely with internal specialists and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality tax advisory services.
