Transformation Coach (Temporary)

The Transformation Coach facilitates cognitive behavioral therapy groups and provides individual coaching, personal development, and supportive case management to participants in the Atlas HOPE Program. This role focuses on empowering adult men with histories of trauma and criminal legal system involvement to overcome obstacles and achieve employment and life goals through trauma-informed and restorative justice practices. The position requires excellent group facilitation skills, knowledge of workforce development, and the ability to collaborate with outreach partners and community stakeholders.
