Transformation Coach

The Transformation Coach facilitates cognitive behavioral therapy groups and provides individual coaching, personal development, and supportive case management to participants within the Atlas HOPE Program. This role focuses on empowering adult men with histories of trauma and criminal legal system involvement to overcome obstacles and achieve employment and life goals through a trauma-informed and restorative justice lens. The position requires excellent group facilitation skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a deep understanding of workforce development and community support services.
