Transition in Place (TIP) Housing Navigator

The Transition in Place (TIP) Housing Navigator helps Veterans find safe, stable housing by connecting them with units that meet VA, HUD, and program standards. The role involves building relationships with landlords and community partners, conducting unit inspections, and coordinating targeted outreach to Veterans experiencing homelessness. This position also supports housing stability after placement through follow-up and collaboration with stakeholders to preserve successful tenancies.
