Transition Job Coach (Full Time)

A Transition Job Coach provides 1:1 and small group support to students at the Cove Career Center and in the community, focusing on independent living skills, social skills, and work site readiness. The role involves supervising students at fitness centers, grocery stores, and community activities, as well as modeling work tasks and implementing accommodations at various work sites. This position is part of the 2026-2027 school year schedule.
