About this role
Entry-level position responsible for handling administrative tasks and resolving nationwide network inquiries and on-road escalation incidents for Carvana’s logistics network. Acts as the first point of contact for Carvana-employed vehicle transporters and advocates and provides real-time support to Logistics field teams. Requires working AM/PM shifts at the Tempe headquarters and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
