About this role

The Treasury Manager will be a foundational member of Mollie's Treasury team, responsible for building the Asset & Liability Management (ALM) function from the ground up. This role involves designing and implementing liquidity risk frameworks, interest rate and credit spread risk approaches, and funding strategies to support the company's banking licence application and ongoing operations. The position requires close collaboration with product, finance, and risk teams to ensure the balance sheet remains safe, well-funded, and resilient.

Responsibilities

Build and own the core building blocks of Mollie liquidity risk framework
Develop Mollie’s approach to interest rate risk and credit spread risk in the banking book
Contribute to the design of Mollie’s funding and balance sheet strategy
