About this role

As a Trust & Safety Agent at Pocket Worlds, you will monitor and resolve sensitive player reports within a virtual world environment using CRM tools. You will collaborate with Customer Support and Live-Operations teams to address guideline violations, identify abuse vectors, and help implement new safety policies.
