Turnaround (TAR) Lead

The Turnaround (TAR) Lead is responsible for the end-to-end planning, preparation, and execution of the refinery's major and on-stream turnaround programme, ensuring events are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role involves leading a team of planners, engineers, and coordinators to integrate operational and maintenance scopes into executable plans while managing budgets, safety compliance, and stakeholder relationships. The position requires strategic implementation of turnaround strategies, operational effectiveness in execution, and robust people management to drive continuous improvement and asset integrity.
