About this role

The Data, Analytics & Systems Lead will oversee strategic data and systems projects for One Acre Fund’s Uganda program, driving data-driven recommendations to improve farmer adoption, repayment, market access, and input logistics. The role manages a small team of Regional Data Analysts and a Business Operations & Logistics team lead, partners with MEL and global data teams, and reports to the C-suite. This position operates hybrid from Jinja and requires regular field presence to inform program performance and decision-making. Success is measured by implementing analytical solutions, dashboards, and models that improve operational performance and program impact.
