Underwriting Intern

The Westfield Specialty Intern Program is a paid, ten-week opportunity for students to gain firsthand insight into the insurance business through hands-on experience and mentorship. Underwriting Interns support underwriting teams by conducting research, analyzing risks, and assisting with complex insurance applications. The program includes classroom and on-the-job training, weekly learning sessions with senior leaders, and a formal mentorship program.
