Unit Clerk

The Unit Clerk provides administrative support to the clinical nursing team, handling tasks such as MDS assessment scheduling, faxing medication orders, and managing client charts. The role also coordinates client admissions, transfers, discharges, appointments, and transportation, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, physicians, and visitors. Strong attention to detail, customer service, and intermediate computer skills are required.
