Unit Clerk

This position supports the clinical nursing team and Director of Care with administrative functions, including MDS assessment scheduling, client chart management, and coordination of appointments and transportation. The role serves as the prime point of contact for clients, physicians, and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service while managing office and medical supplies. It is part of the Rehabilitation and Community Transition Program, a short-stay restorative care program for medically stable adults.
