Unit Clerk

The Unit Clerk performs general secretarial, receptionist, and clerical duties under the direction of the Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing. The role involves maintaining patient charts, transcribing physician orders, and communicating with medical staff and outside agencies while adhering to safety and confidentiality guidelines. This position requires self-motivation and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
