Unit Clerk

The Unit Clerk performs clerical and receptionist duties under the direction of the Staff RN, including monitoring telemetry, maintaining patient charts, and transcribing physician orders. This role involves answering telephones, greeting visitors, and communicating patient needs to nursing staff. The position also includes maintaining department records and assisting with the orientation of new employees.
