Unit Manager

The Unit Manager provides leadership and accountability for assigned departments, product lines, or profit centers to achieve safety, production, quality, people, customer, and financial objectives. This role involves developing high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and managing resources effectively within a 24/7 manufacturing operation. The position also supports or serves as the Plant Manager in their absence.
