About this role

This Universal Banker role provides high-quality member service, sales, and servicing of credit union products at a new branch. Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, maintaining accounts, operating ITMs, and driving referrals to expand wallet share. Employees will start at a training location before transitioning to the new Olio Road Branch upon its opening in 2026.

Meet established referral and sales goals through proactive needs-based selling
Conduct outbound calls to review prospect lists and support call campaigns
Assist with retail functions including drawer audits and vault duties
