U.S Operations Intern

Kiva U.S. Operations Interns support loan origination processes from application review to fundraising campaigns and delinquency management within Kiva's direct-to-borrower lending program. This remote, part-time volunteer role involves process improvements, borrower communication, and cross-functional projects to expand capital access for underserved entrepreneurs. Participants gain exposure to microfinance concepts, professional development workshops, and a real-world impact sector over a six-month term.
