Utilities Compliance Manager

The Utilities Compliance Manager partners with the Director of Utilities & Infrastructure to ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of community water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure systems. This role oversees small utility and infrastructure capital projects, reviews and certifies regulatory reports, supports compliance-related corrective action plans, and assists with operator training. The position also serves as a technical resource, providing guidance to regional leadership, operational leaders, and third-party utility operators to ensure safe and compliant operations across the portfolio.
