Utilization Management Clinician

The Utilization Management Clinician reviews and completes initial and concurrent authorization requests while ensuring excellent customer service and member care. This role involves behavioral health clinical care coordination, handling incoming telephonic contact from the provider network, and making medical necessity determinations. The position supports appropriate discharge planning and collaborates with members, families, and providers to facilitate access to behavioral health services.
