About this role
The Specialist, VA Claims prepares and files VA Basic expense and non-conveyance claims (including third-party, max guaranty, Compromise Sale, and Refunding claims) with investors and insurers. The role ensures timely submission, follows up on claim payments, and resolves exceptions or denied claims to minimize losses. The Specialist also monitors daily reports and queues and informs management of trends and issues.
