This role involves welcoming and escorting guests to and from their accommodations while providing valet parking services and general information about the hotel and local attractions. The position requires maintaining an organized luggage flow, delivering items to guest rooms, and offering personalized recommendations for dining and activities to ensure a high-quality guest experience. The team member will also handle guest complaints professionally and maintain the cleanliness and order of work areas and company vehicles.
