Value Stream Lead

The Value Stream Lead will serve as a key member of the Athene Programme Management Office (PMO), driving alignment, momentum, and transparency across one of STARK Group's largest digital transformation programmes. This role focuses on managing the overall scope, roadmap, and outcomes of a value stream, ensuring interconnected projects move in sync with clear priorities and effective governance. The position requires facilitating decision-making processes, managing dependencies and risks, and supporting project managers to enhance planning and reporting practices across the organisation.
