About this role

The Vendor Lead will design and scale the outsourced operating model for OpenAI's Ads business in EMEA and globally, establishing governance, performance frameworks, and quality programs with BPO partners. This cross‑functional individual contributor role works closely with sales, revenue operations, product, finance, and program teams to drive advertiser acquisition, activation, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
