Vendor Specialist

The Vendor Specialist serves as the primary liaison between the business and external vendors, managing end-to-end governance, performance, and strategic relationships to ensure alignment with contractual commitments and service levels. This role involves resolving escalated issues, overseeing invoicing and financials, and providing executive reporting while maintaining strong vendor partnerships. The position also supports concierge customer service and ensures risk and compliance adherence.
