The Vice President will lead definition, prioritization, and governance of requirements and use cases for human-in-the-loop agentic workflows supporting a financial services contact center for advisors. The role bridges business strategy, AI-enabled operations, compliance, and contact center execution to ensure agentic solutions augment human expertise while meeting regulatory and trust standards. The VP translates advisor and service associate needs into scalable, compliant, and measurable agentic use cases in partnership with Technology, Data & AI, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Contact Center leadership.
