About this role
The VP, AI CoE Head leads 3Pillar’s global AI agenda, overseeing the strategy, roadmap, and operations of the Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence. Reporting to the COO, this executive role converts AI research and prototypes into scalable, commercial-ready solutions and drives organization-wide AI adoption. The position steers cross-functional alignment between R&D, Delivery, and Sales & Marketing to deliver differentiated AI value to clients globally. It also serves as a senior advisor and external thought leader on AI for customers and partners.
